Our team is committed to keeping you and your family safe. Concerns and restrictions surrounding COVID-19 continue to impact our daily lives, and we want you to know that your health and safety are our priority. We are excited to share that many of our team members have received the COVID-19 vaccine, and we have implemented additional safety precautions during at-home sessions and at our Care & Support Center in Anaheim, Calif.
The following processes are aimed at preserving the integrity of our services and protecting the health and safety of everyone involved.
Requiring face coverings: Our team members are committed to wearing face coverings the entire time that they are in contact with you and your loved one.
Enhanced cleaning: The BHW team is taking measures to clean and disinfect materials used during your child’s session. We have implemented enhanced sanitizing and cleaning protocols at our Anaheim Care and Support Center as well.
Touchless temperature checks taken before entering our Care & Support Center in Anaheim: We are proud to offer touchless temperature checks for all adults and your little one as you enter the Center.
Additional team member protocols: We have established extensive employee protocols, including requiring employees to perform daily self-assessments for COVID-19 symptoms and verify being symptom-free. We are also proactively and regularly informing our employees about the risks and transmission methods of the virus so they can take better personal preventative action. In addition, all staff have been asked to not report to work if feeling ill. We are also asking all parents to cancel sessions if you or a member of your household have symptoms associated with the virus.
Team member vaccinations: We are excited to see a growing number of our staff from across the nation getting their vaccinations. Here are stories from few team members, and their reason behind the decision to get vaccinated:
“I chose to be vaccinated for the safety of my husband and children, for the people I work with each day, and for those who are unable to receive the vaccine themselves.” -Alesha
“I decided to get the vaccination to hopefully help stop the spread of the virus in my community, making it safer for the people around me. I also hope it will help us get back into homes and classrooms with students that need our support.” – Dan
“I got the vaccine to keep my community safe.” -Adam
