Janet is an accomplished executive working within the strategic, operational, financial and business development arenas for healthcare organizations. As a healthcare entrepreneur, her passion is in strategy execution, building results-driven teams and leading the development of innovative programs and organizations. She spent the last 2 years in the autism field as CEO of a case management company and prior to this stint, Janet has been active within the healthcare services sectors including physician practice management, behavioral health, disease management, managed care and hospitals.
Cody brings over a decade of experience in the healthcare field focused on new business development, driving operational results, financial management and team building. Before joining the BHW team, Cody managed kidney dialysis clinics at DaVita in the Oakland/Bay Area. Prior to that, he spent several years as the Vice President of Business Development and Operations at ClearCost Health, a company focused on lowering healthcare costs. Cody began his career in finance at Merrill Lynch and TA Associates, where he focused on healthcare, including investments in disease management and medical supply distribution. Cody has a B.A. in Economics from Yale University, and received his Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
Michael is not only a fully trained school psychologist and board certified behavior analyst but also a well-versed ABA insurance expert. Prior to joining BHW, Mike worked for one of the nation’s largest ABA provider groups as their head of ABA Insurance Operations. Now as BHW’s Chief Clinical Officer, in addition to navigating the insurance climate, he also leads, executes and manages BHW’s mission and vision across all of our regions with our clinical directors. Mike is leading a team of hundreds of employees to make a positive impact on more than a thousand families nationwide every day. He not only understands how to optimize clinical treatment for our families but also how to best align our business to be in front of more families needing services.
